We do like to have our family barbecues, even out of season.
Sometimes Mother Nature has different ideas!
Luckily, our barbecue cooks straight from frozen!
This is my second contribution to the Weekly Photo Challenge from WordPress.com, with this weeks’s theme of ‘Habit’. If you’d like to join in or find out more, please click here.
I am glad that there are others that sometimes are equally desperate to have a BBQ or “braai” as we would call iit in Afrikaans.
We don’t usually mind braving the elements, but this was a step too far!

LOL 🙂 x
Oh no! My kids ask for burgers even in the dead of winter but it all depends on if the cook wants to brave the ice/snow and cold!
It looks like snow cake for me. especially number two.
Now that’s what I call hard-core barbequing. Good on you, for never backing down on it. Love the snowy pics!
One winter I broke the electronic igniter on our barbecue because it was too cold. I have learned to use a match if it is well below freezing. My table and barbecue look just like yours!
Thanks. Lighting with a match is a useful tip.
I used to put our grill at the very end of the garage (with the door open, of course) and used it even in winter.

Sounds like a good compromise.
