The photos were taken on iPhone 4s, January 2014 at the resort of Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura, Canary Islands.
The first and second photos were given texture and colouring using Photo Toaster. For the third, Snapseed.

I like the drama that’s created by the processing of your last image. Happy Photo Challenge.
Thanks, Sally. I wasn’t too happy with how the original photo looked, so I gave it some extra ‘treatment’!

Love the treatments you chose. I’m particularly entranced by the effects you got from PhotoToaster. I don’t use that app nearly enough. It is really awesome. I wish it was also for a droid, I’ve gotten spoiled apping my images on my Samsung Galaxy tablet. The iPhone seems so small now!
Thanks! I’d literally just bought Photo Toaster, and they were my first attempts on it. I’m really pleased with the effects available.
Steve, the second one appealed to me the most, probably because the ocean looks lovely on a hot day. 🙂 But they all look great.

Thanks. There’s something special about being by the sea…
I love the last shot best of all. I’ll have to see if I can find that app for my droid phone (I have a Samsung)
There’s so many affordable photo apps out there. It’s great to try new ones!
The beach looks like an old postcard. Nice treatments.
Thanks. Both the apps were new to me, so I was pleased with the results.
